Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (custom made), we do not accept returns. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued as long as cancellation is made within the 48-hour window. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
